UX/UI design

UX/UI Design refers to choosing the right interface elements (buttons, text boxes, drop-down lists and check boxes) and refining them so that users can understand and apply them easily. To properly design the interface, we carry out identification and solve problems which users may meet while working with the product (application or website).

What is UX (user experience) and UI (user interface)? These are areas that allow us to create intuitive, responsive and aesthetic interfaces that increase user satisfaction and the comfort of using the website. Based on our experience and a team of specialists, we will design your website in a way that is user-friendly and fully meets their needs.>

LEARN ABOUT THE PROCESS :

needs analysis

The UX/UI design process begins with defining the goals and functionality of the chosen solution. It is important not only to specify short and long-term goals, but also to understand the recipient's needs and to analyze the competition. These actions allow us to plan the strategy in the right way, without the risk of missing important issues. In designing digital products, it is important to consider who the target recipients are and for what purpose they will visit the website.

creating an information architecture

Information architecture is one of the factors determining the success of websites. At this stage, decisions showing how the website will communicate with the user are made. The website’s structure must be planned in such a way that it is possible to achieve the set goals, for example increasing the sales results or subscriptions to the newsletter. Information architecture allows us to organize and describe the network presence of the brand, taking into account the availability of appropriate resources and easy handling.

designing the website structure

The proper structure means that the website is well organized and the users can easily find what they are looking for. This is a significant help not only for people visiting the website, but also for the creators themselves, due to easier defining of the navigation system. The structure of the website depends on whether users can find the information they need. If this does not happen, only a small part of the online community will decide to visit the website again.

creating wireframes

A wireframe, i.e. an outline that contains carefully sketched screens of subsequent website or application components, allows us to determine the final look of the page. Prototyping is one of the most important stages of design thinking, enabling the presentation of structure, its functionality and the way information is organized. For this purpose, lo-fi wireframes (schemes presenting only basic functions), hi-fi wireframes (more complex sketches that are similar to the final design), blue prints or other types of outlines are created. The choice depends on many factors, including the size and complexity of the project.

interface design

UI design allows you to create a language that provides communication between software and users. The graphic design created at this stage covers all the elements of the aesthetic layer, which simplify the use of the website or application - menu, colors, text layout and photo galleries.User Interface is often responsible for the control panel and peripheral devices, i.e. physical communication elements.

usability testing

Usability testing refers to research carried out on a model, website or application. Thanks to them it is possible to get information about how users use the website, what makes it easier to navigate around it, and what should be changed. Research is carried out on the basis of various methods, for example: click tracking, heat maps, heuristic analysis of the website and surveys carried out with real clients.
